This policy covers:
Online Learning Programmes Skipin and Neeve, Books and e-books
1.0 Cancellation Policy
1.1 Online products:
1.1.1 Learning Programmes and e-Books purchased online
Online orders are processed instantly, and products are delivered instantly. An order that is placed successfully for the above online products cannot be cancelled.
For e-Gift cards same conditions as detailed in 1.2.1 applies.
1.1.2 In case the Learning programme is purchased through a purchase order, cancellation will be governed by the terms mentioned in the purchase order.
1.2 Physical Products:
1.2.1 Gift cards
GIFT CODE printed on a Gift Card can be misused and should be preserved with care. Preservation of a gift code is customer’s responsibility. Wise Owl Learning is not liable for loss or misuse of GIFT CODE.
Unused gift cards can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. The request has to be made by sending an email to [email protected]. You need to mention your GIFT CODE in the mail along with a copy of the invoice.
After receiving the request for cancellation, Wise Owl Learning will verify the usage of the GIFT CODE from its database. If the GIFT CODE is found unused, the CODE will be immediately disqualified. If the gift code is found redeemed, the request for cancellation cannot be honoured.
The company’s decision on whether a GIFT CODE is redeemed or unused, is final. Wise Owl Learning is not liable to disclose information of the account that has used any GIFT CODE under dispute to anyone.
You will be notified about the outcome of your request by email.
1.2.2 Books and other physical products except Gift Cards
Order for a book and other physical products can be cancelled before it is processed for shipping by sending an email to [email protected]. Please note that processing for shipping can happen soon after placing the order if the product is in stock.
2.0 Return Policy
2.1 Online products:
Online products (Learning Programmes, e-Book and other online products) cannot be returned. For e-Gift cards same conditions as detailed in 2.2.1 applies.
2.2 Physical Products:
2.2.1 Gift cards
Gift cards need not be returned. Cancellation of Gift Cards has been discussed in 1.2.1.
2.2.2 Books and other physical products except Gift Cards
Unused books and other physical products may be returned in original condition along with the original invoice to the following address by the customer at his/her expenses within 30 days of purchase.

Upon receiving the returned book or other physical products, Wise Owl Learning examines if it is used, damaged or resalable. The Company’s decision on the condition of the product is final. You will be notified about the outcome of verification by email that you have provided during the purchase.
3.0 Refund Policy
3.1 Online products:
No refund will be issued for unused or partially used online products (Learning Programmes, e- Book and other online products).
A refund may be issued for online programmes only if the software support to the programme platform is withdrawn or suspended. The amount for refund will be decided by Wise Owl Learning solely, depending on the period of usage of the programme. Refund will be issued to the instrument that was used for payment within 30 days of suspension of software support services.
For e-Gift cards same conditions as detailed in 3.2.1 applies.
3.2 Physical Products:
3.2.1 Gift cards
In case of a successful disqualification of a verified unused GIFT CODE, as discussed under 1.2.1, a full refund will be issued to the instrument that was used for payment within 30 days of confirmed verification.
3.2.2 Books and other physical products except Gift Cards
In case the returned book or any other physical product is found to be re-sellable, as discussed under 2.2.2, a full refund will be issued to the instrument that was used for payment within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
